SHIPPING POLICY

When will my order be processed and shipped?

Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. While we cannot guarantee an order modification, please contact us at merch@improv.com to request changes.
Orders with standard shipping will typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Standard shipping is available for orders to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), and Rural Routes.

Where will my order ship from?

All of our orders are shipped from our Distribution Center in Seal Beach, CA.

Which days do you deliver packages on?

Orders are delivered by USPS and they do deliver packages Monday−Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Reference the estimated delivery date in checkout. Note: Shipments are only picked up Monday−Friday.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

We ship all of our orders with USPS and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you enter a P.O. Box at checkout your order will be held until we can verify a physical shipping address for you.

Shipping costs vary based upon weight and location, please review final orders for calculated shipment fees.


Orders returned in 30 days or less will be provided a return shipment label, and freight will be prepaid.

 

REFUND POLICY  

Improv's 100% guarantee ensures that every purchase on improvmerch.com exceeds your expectations. We will gladly accept a return or exchange of items that are in new condition with original tags.

How do I make a return/exchange?

All returns/exchanges are processed through our online portal. 

What is your return policy?

Returns/exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase if items are unwashed, unworn, and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact.

All returns must be processed through our return portal, you will be given a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, without that we are not able to accept it. Improv will provide a free return label on returns. Shipping costs are not refundable.

We are not able to process returns for items purchased outside of the Improv online store. We recommend handling the return through the original place of purchase or exchanging the item to the original place of purchase and placing a new order on our website.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Your return will be processed 24-48 hours once the package has been delivered back to us (excluding weekends and holidays). You will also receive an email confirmation, please reach out to merch@improv.com if you do not.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

Once your returned package has been processed, we will refund the payment please allow for 48-72 hours from the time of received return to ABDS 212 Main St., Seal Beach, Ca. 90740. You will also receive an email confirmation, please reach out to merch@improv.com if you do not.

Refunds will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
